General Purchase Terms & Agreement Recognition

These Terms of Purchase are official standardized trading rules formulated for all order purchase behaviors on our skincare e-commerce platform, applicable to all users who browse the platform, place orders, and purchase skincare products. All users who complete account registration, order submission, and payment confirmation shall be deemed to have fully read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all clauses of these Terms of Purchase, and shall abide by the trading rules and service constraints stipulated herein.
The purpose of formulating these terms is to standardize the platform’s product sales behavior and users’ purchase behavior, maintain the fair and orderly operation of the platform’s trading environment, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both the platform and global purchasing users. All product trading behaviors on the platform are subject to the binding of these Terms of Purchase and other supporting official policies.

Account Registration & Purchase Qualification

Users need to complete real and valid account registration before placing orders and purchasing products on the platform. Users shall ensure that all registered information is true, accurate, and complete, and shall bear all legal responsibilities and trading risks caused by false information registration. Users are solely responsible for the security of their account login information and shall not lend, transfer, or sell platform accounts to third parties without authorization.
The platform reserves the right to verify user account qualification. For accounts with abnormal registration information, frequent abnormal transactions, and suspected malicious shopping behaviors, the platform has the right to restrict order placement, suspend transaction services, and conduct compliance verification until the account abnormality is eliminated.

Product Pricing & Currency Rules

All product prices displayed on the platform are unified denominated in USD, which is the only settlement currency for all platform transactions. There is no regional price difference, hidden handling fee, or currency conversion fee for any order. All displayed product prices are final transaction prices, including product value cost, and the platform provides universal free shipping services for all orders, with no additional logistics charges.
The platform has the right to adjust product prices according to market supply and demand, product iteration, and activity optimization. All price adjustments shall be subject to the real-time display price on the official website at the time of user order placement. The price after order payment is fixed and will not be adjusted arbitrarily, ensuring the stability and fairness of user transaction costs.

Order Submission & Payment Rules

Users can select target skincare products, confirm product specifications and quantities, fill in accurate receiving information, and submit purchase orders independently. After the order is successfully submitted, users need to complete payment within the valid payment time specified by the system. Unpaid orders that exceed the valid time will be automatically cancelled by the system to avoid occupation of platform inventory resources.
Users shall ensure that the payment method is legal, valid, and compliant, and shall not use illegal payment channels to complete order transactions. Once the payment is successful, the order will officially enter the platform processing queue, and the user cannot modify the order content arbitrarily without special reasons. For order modification and cancellation demands, users need to comply with the platform’s official order processing rules.

Inventory & Order Fulfillment Rules

The platform implements real-time inventory management for all skin protection and healing skincare products. In case of extreme inventory shortage, system data error, and other special circumstances leading to unsuccessful order fulfillment, the platform will actively notify users, explain the situation, and provide solutions such as order cancellation and full refund to ensure zero loss for users.
Under normal inventory conditions, the platform will strictly abide by the 1-3 business day order processing rules and complete product shipment on schedule. After shipment, the order will be delivered in accordance with the 6-12 business day unified delivery cycle, and the platform will ensure the standardization and efficiency of order fulfillment services.

User Purchase Obligations & Prohibited Behaviors

During the purchase process, users shall abide by the principle of honest transactions, and shall not conduct malicious order brushing, malicious price speculation, false order placement, frequent malicious returns and other abnormal shopping behaviors. Users shall not use the platform’s trading system to carry out illegal and irregular behaviors that violate public order and good customs.
Users shall bear the responsibility of accurately filling in receiving information and timely checking packages after signing for receipt. For problems such as delivery failure and product loss caused by users’ personal information errors and unclaimed packages, the platform will not bear additional liability, and will provide reasonable assistance and coordination services within the scope of policies.

Transaction Termination & Policy Update

The platform reserves the right to terminate the transaction service for abnormal orders and non-compliant user accounts. For users who seriously violate the purchase terms and disrupt the platform’s trading order, the platform has the right to suspend or permanently close their shopping qualification.
We reserve the right to update and optimize these Terms of Purchase according to platform operation adjustments. The updated terms will be published on the official website and take effect immediately. Continued use of the platform’s purchase service by users will be deemed as acceptance of the latest terms and rules.
