Please note that business days exclude weekends and official public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will start processing on the next official business day. Standard Delivery Timeframe

Order Logistics Tracking & Delivery Notes

After the order is successfully shipped, the system will automatically generate a unique logistics tracking number and synchronize it to the user’s order background. Undeliverable & Returned Package Processing

If the package cannot be delivered successfully due to incorrect customer shipping information, long-term unclaimed status, or personal refusal to sign for receipt, the package will be returned to our warehouse automatically.
